What is life about.? can anybody tell me..? sometimez i knw u might think itz not worth living in this harsh world.. but is there a reason..? i’m sure god sent us here for a reason.. maybe to realise how harsh people can be.? or something else perhaps.. do u ever come across people who u think that r ur best friendz n after affirming that he/she is ur best friend then they back stabbed u..? or do u come across anybody who is ur best friend where u do everythin together n suddenly it stopz.? do u..? how do u respond to it.? how do u feel..? or have u come across such friend who u thought is ur best friend n suddenly that person ditches u for another friend he/she just met..? how dou feel about it..? i truely think we should treat everybody as equal as possible.. Friendz r important.. ok come on.. telll me how many TRUE FRIENDZ u would have at the end of the day..? 5,6,7..? when u grow older,friendz become lesser.. itz true.. u might be popular now,but at the end of the day u would still have that amount of true friendzz… so if u found someone who is here now with u,who u think is the one who can stick to u the whole life,y not assure him/her..? By saying “friendz forever” in every testimonial or anythin u write for them,itz not goin to work.. the thing is do u really mean it.? so do something meaningful for them if u want the friendship to last..Like care more for them,spend more time with them,be there when their down,start to realise how much they have done or sacrifice for u… i’m sure there is someone in ur life now that has done for u a lot of thingz n sacrifice a lot for u.. so take ur time n realise it.. itz time to realise then not to.. tell them how much u appreciate them.. show them!!!

Qualities of a Friend
Everyday we meet people. Many of them become instant acquantances and most acquantances bloom into friendship. Often transition period accurs gradually. Friends come into our lives and go. Few stay awhile longer and fewer still leave footprints in our hearts and in the sands of time.

Who is a Friend and what are the qualities a friend should possess? The defination of a friend and friendship varies with each individual. For me, a good friend is someone who understands me, accepts me for what i am and at the same time inspires me to do the best. At a personal level, a true friend should not give up on me, should always forgive my mistakes and never juge me by my actions as sometimes my actions maybe rash and in considerate.

We live in a very competitive world. Most of us are caught up in the rat race or paper chase. Mounting work pressures and demanding family commitments take a toll on our time and energy. Consequently most of us experience mood swings due to the high expectations placed upon us. It is during times like these, when we are burdened with responsibilities and life seems to be an endless uphill stranggle, that we seek the comforting words of a friend; a friend who urges you to pick up the pieces and move on. A good friend is always there to lend a helping hand or to lend a shoulder to cry on. At the sametime, a friend should be trustworthy and loyal. When friends trust us with secrets we should never betray their confidence. No one can confide in someone whom he cannot trust to keep his secrets.

True friendship is demanding. It requires loyalty, trust, empathy, support and understanding. however, one should never expect such virtues in a friend unless he is willin to offer these virtues in return. In other words, one must be a friend to have a friend.

It maybe impossible to find all these virtues in a single friend. Howecer, should i come across such a friend, i shall treasure our friendship for life. As i reminisce about the good times I have shared with the best of my friends, the words of William Shakespeare ring in my ears :
“ The friends thou has, and their adoption tried, Grapple them to thy soul with hoops of steal”. Yes, Friendship that has stood the test of time should be most revered and happy is the man who is blessed with such a friend.
